Mobile Messaging Applications
Our simple web interface enables clients to easily use any of the following ready-to-run messaging applications and monitor the resulting message traffic:
- Voting Real-time voting, polling and balloting facilities that can be used whenever there is an opinion to be polled. Clients have used this service to enable users to vote via their mobile for their favourite song, man-of-the-match, shot-of-the-day and many more.
- Competitions Offer interactive competitions and games to your customers. We offer various methods for selecting winners once a competition is closed.
- Quiz This application enables clients to offer more complex, multi-stage competitions with elimination rounds.
- Comment Line Enable mobile subscribers to send comments directly to your customer service staff. The application allows two views of incoming comments: A producer's view for moderating and highlighting comments and a presenter's view.
- Dating & Chat A platform for user generated content enabling direct messaging between subscribers while maintaining anonymity.
- Broadcast Broadcast a single message to a single recipient, a list of recipients or a distribution list via our user-friendly web interface. You have full control over the management of your own distribution lists.
- Donations Invite, manage and monitor donations which subscribers can make by sending a mobile message directly from their handsets. Responses can be configured to take account of spelling mistakes and / or typing errors, and multiple donation amounts can be configured. Sponsorship messages may be appended to outgoing messages.
- Email to SMS Allow users to compose and send SMS messages from their regular email client, with no need for additional software. This feature is available from all email clients and across all platforms. SMS messages can be sent to single recipients, multiple recipients or distribution lists, using either manual entry of phone numbers or existing contacts from the email client's address book.
- SMS to email Enable clients to receive incoming SMS messages in their regular email client, with no need for additional software.
